The form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number and message. The phone number is optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to prepare your enquiry and reply to you. You may also email us directly. Avoid including sensitive or unrelated information.
How the form works
The form submits your enquiry to Frutamine’s contact service. Your entries remain on screen if submission cannot be confirmed. You can also contact us directly by email.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your contact details and message to reply, understand your requirements and follow up on discussions you initiate. Enquiries made on your own behalf may be processed for pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For company representatives, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling the requested professional relationship (Article 6(1)(f)).
This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website does not profile you or make automated decisions based on your enquiry.
Who receives the information?
Submitted enquiries are intended for authorised Frutamine staff handling them. The comercial@frutamine.com mailbox is hosted by IONOS. Email and hosting providers process data to deliver and secure their services; authorities may receive data where legally required.
Hosting of this version
The website is hosted on an IONOS Webspace used by Frutamine. This provider may process the technical data required for the website’s operation, security and availability.
Retention of communications
Communications are retained while handling the enquiry and following up on the professional relationship it initiates. Once it ends, only information needed for a legal obligation or the defence of rights may be kept for the applicable period. The criterion depends on the nature of the exchange and any resulting contractual relationship. You can request details or deletion of data that is no longer needed.
Browsing and temporary storage
The website code includes no advertising or audience analytics tools. When changing language from Contact, the fields are temporarily transferred through your browser’s session storage. This copy is removed when the next Contact page opens; if it is over 30 minutes old, it is not reused. This mechanism only prevents you from having to retype your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Email comercial@frutamine.com with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be needed if there is doubt. You may also complain to the AEPD or the supervisory authority where you normally live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred.
